Personal Injuries Statement of Costs/Future Losses - Unable to Work

I was attacked last year by two people and physically assaulted in my car. This caused me to have to claim against them for the criminal damages to my car (bodywork, glass etc) but i also received a very severe whipslash type injury to my neck and shoulder which ive received physio, chiro treatment on, councelling and increased depression and panic attacks, not to mention the constant pain of which im on daily high strength medication and unable to carry out all my usual hobbies, such as horse riding, kayak, hiking etc. Daily tasks are very difficult as its my right shoulder and arm which is affected to holding kettle, saucpans and even opening doors is a problem.
This was a year ago and im still in considerably daily pain, but can no longer afford to go to the Chiropractor which was the most beneficial treatment to me.
At the time i wasnt working but looking and actively seeking employment and want to put this in my statement of costs as I would have been employed within the next 8 weeks at most 12 weeks. I know it is a 'long-shot' as the case is usually deemed as being based on my situation at the time, but i still want to try it just in case?
Can someone help me with this please? The easy bits are the car damages as these are fixed payments at the very start, then i wish to add on the salary/ loss of future income (which would include a company car, phone and lunch allowance).
Pls then trying to add on the 8% from the start?

many thanks in advance
