Which mortgage providers take benefits into account?

Options
Can anyone advise mortgage providers which will take benefits into account?

My friend has been turned down by Halifax and is desperately looking to move but without much success.

Are there any providers to whom we should be looking?

Thanks in advance.

There are lots of lenders that will take various benefits into account by various degrees.

I would suggest having a word with a whole of merket adviser, and let them look at the figures you need, to then work out which lenders will be pest placed to help you out.
