'Ex-gratia Payment' shown up on CC bill...?

Options
Morning all!

I am just about to begin my (long) DMP journey (first payment to be made next week) and I just checked one of my CC statements to see that a credit of £150 has appeared today, labelled as 'Ex-gratia Payment'.

Has anyone else come across this? Is it somehow part of the DMP process?

Presumably related, I noticed that the available credit figure is now 'nil' even though I am slightly below the limit.

Thanks in advance.

I suppose I'm scared that they'll notice it's an error and take the money back...! I'll just keep quiet about it me thinks.

It's been a good week DMP-wise, what with that little credit from LTSB; Smile (Co-op) agreeing to the DMP with no problem on my OD AND refunding debit interest they had charged in the last month; MBNA also agreeing to the DMP straight away and freezing the interest at 0% without any fuss.

I also cut up all of my CCs (I hadn't used them at all for over a month anyway) which felt goooooooood!

Thanks to the advice from people on this forum, and the excellent help from CCCS, I can feel the weight of my debt slowly being lifted from me :)
