hi, not been on for sometime . To be honest feeling a bit down , looking like my third marriage has collapsed .i get very moody and think i may be depression The only real good point is our lovely six year old daughter . Shes doing really well at school and i,m so afraid how things will impact on her. I've always been a loner and just can't get on with some people , in laws especially . Sometimes I just want to tell them what I think of them but hold back not wanting to unset the apple cart . Any way hope some of my previous threads have help other people . Would good to hear how things have worked .

things happen for a reason, its how you learn from them that matters...your daughter who is six will bounce back as all kids do..just make sure she understands she is included in your plans...good luck m8
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
