Kat, from some of these posts you'd think your employer was Ronnie Biggs or Al Quaeda, not someone paying your friend £160 on a one-off basis and wanting to avoid setting this person up as an employee with all the hassle that can involve. In the overall scheme of things I would describe this as naughty but understandable especially if this is a small business which does not have an army of payroll, HR and tax people to deal with the latest truckload of red tape delivered by the state.Hideous Muddles from Right Charlies0

BAA1. You're crazy. What "else" do you think is going on? !!!!!!? CRAZY. I work for one of the largest supermarkets in the UK. End of. What do you think I'm doing? Trying to scam someone or trick them? RUDE.
AND. If I was trying to do that, why woudl I be trying to figure out the correct payment to him. Nutjob.0 -
You're being rude for even insinuating anything tbh. I needed the time off. You've not managed to pay enough attention through this post have you, where I explained how adamant it was that I get the time off to write my dissertation. And. I've not sworn...have I? I find you rude trying to accuse me of something? Which...I have asked what you're attempting to insinuate, yet you can't answer?0
