Tribunal

Wondering about any knowledge, experience or advice........Taking a company to court in a tribunal for unfair dismissal. Incident happened last year........company went bust last July.............and has now been sent up to Scotland as the administrators are in Scotland.

Has anyone ever succeeded with his type of thing?

Much obliged

If the company is bust there is no-one to take to tribunal, beyond that there is a three month time limit since the dismissal.
