The £250 Harvey Nicholls voucher comp doesn't seem to be opening at all- may be expired? Can someone confirm as it may just be me!

Found a quiz of 20 questions on Film4 (renault dot channel4 dot com/quiz.
It says the prize may vary but you can enter every month. Prize above is for March. The terms and conditions are below and it seems you don't need to get all the questions right to be entered for the draw

Terms & Conditions

The prize is a super-sexy LG-37LH2000 LCD TV - with its amazing HD-ready 37" screen, watching films will never be the same again...
The competition opens on 01/03/10. The competition will close at midnight on 31/03/10. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries and will be notified by email within 7 days and will then have 7 days to respond to that notification that they have won.
If the winner does not respond within that time another winner may be selected at random.

I've done a search and only found something similar in GAME OVER, I think I'm putting this in the right place and with the right format
