All in one body fleece?

Whilst on ebay a number of months ago I spotted some all in one body fleeces (sort of like a baby grow for adults) and want to treat the OH to one for Christmas.
Unfortunately I now can't find them on ebay.
Anyone have any ideas where I can get one from (or at least just what the proper name is for them), as searching on the web hasn't turned up anything?
Obviously the cheaper I can findo ne the better also

Bit of a bump here (12 months on!), but I never got round to getting one of these last Christmas (which led to expensive last minute shopping).
Does anyone know what they're called, or where I might get on from?0 -
If you do a google all in one pyjamas, you do get some links. There are some on ebay too, but they're not the cheapest at around £40 plus delivery.The IVF worked;DS born 2006.0
