CCJ expired / Remortgage

Hiya,
wonder if anyone can help, please?
A settled ccj is now removed from my credit file, as it's turned 6 years old. We are looking to remortgage, hopefully for £90k, 25yrs, house value apx £140k. Think I'd like the stability of a 5 yr fix.
I've been looking at the Nationwide 4.59%...
On credit expert, both our 'scores' are 999 - been looking after our credit files for some years now, as I've learn't the hard way:o
My questions are - I've noticed on some web enquiry forms, they ask if you've 'had ccj's'? can I now say no or do I have to declare I had 1 but now it's settled/older than 6 yrs? Also, how does the Nationwide deal sound for a fixed rate. We're currently on 5%, with no tie in's, so anything less is a bonus.
Thanks for any help:)

If the question asks 'have you ever had a ccj' then you have to answer yes. If it says 'have you had a ccj in the last 6 years' then you can say no.0

Thanks for your reply. I thought once the 6 year period was over, we'd be able to put the past behind us, but it feels like it's still going to haunt us...
Any views on the fixed deal, please?0
