Problem with NSANDI login

Tried to log in to nsandi - first it wouldn't accept my password although I was sure I was keying it correctly, and then, when I clicked on 'forgot P/W' it called me back on my phone but then before it displayed the p/W, it told me it disconnected me.

I just tried logging on and all seems fine.
Bear in mind that your password is case sensitive. It might have been different to your normal type of password as they required a mix of different characters as a password.
This from their website:Password must be between 6 & 8 characters and contain a minimum of 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 special character and 1 numberNever let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -

I think they may have changed their website as my p/w is all digits and I have signed in before now using that p/w without any problems. I think I will call them. Thank you for your help. Before doing something... do nothing0 -
