I just received my mugs but they are defective, the image is printed on so it is not straight. It starts around 2.5 cm from the handle on one side but then starts at 5.5 cm from the handle on the otherside, it looks very poor. Anyone else got the same ? I have emailed them to complain.

Hi rob800,

Your mug shouldn't look like that it must be a printing error. The images on mine came out pretty well and were straight (I'm really pleased with it). Hopefully they'll send you another one.
