    Ive got 1 of those from about a year ago. I was disputing an unenforceable agreement(arent most Cap 1?), I just ignored them and eventually it went to Fredricksons then back to Cap 1 who seem to have finally accepted that its unenforceable after about 9 months without contact.

    It was online if I remember correctly, although it might have been one of the posted application forms.
