Senseo coffee bags?

Options
Anyone know the cheapest place to buy the coffee bags for a Senseo coffee machine? I've just got a machine from the local charity shop for £5 - went straight to Sainsburys and was a little shocked at the price of the bags and they only had about 5 varieties. I'm a little disappointed with the choice anyone got some advice? Please!

Lidl do the pods, only 2 varieties I think but about £1.50 for 18 and very nice too.

You're cheaper off by buying a normal filter coffee machine and the filter coffee of your choice. I don't understand why people use these pad thingies and limit themselves to the few coffees they offer and pay a premium on top of it. Normal filter coffee is so much cheaper.

Our local Netto were selling bags of Douwe Egberts for, I think, £1.99 or £2.99 for a bag of 8 or 10 last Thursday. I did not see any other variety on sale.

I prefer the Colombian & Kenyan, however, I'm sure there's a choice of about 4 varieties. £1.49 for 18 pods.

Last week Netto had on sale a Philips Senseo 'Quadrante' coffee machine for £54.99 which I was tempted to buy but before doing so I have had a look around to see what variety of pods that are locally on sale. I have only found one or two at Netto and today I did not find any at Lidl or Morrisons.

I think that I will stay with the filter machine that we have had for a number of years now.

The Netto leaflet delivered today advertises Senseo Medium Roast and Dark Roast coffee pods on sale as from 9th June at £1.49 each for a pack of 18.

The Senseo Quadrante coffee machine is now for sale at £49.99 (limited stock). This includes a free pack of coffee pods.
