I have just ordered some stuff from Amazon (along with the free Hellmans book) and opted for Express Delivery and at checkout had £8.99 knocked off my bill!!

So it looks like the delivery is free no matter which option you go for.

I have put about £5 worth of items in basket, gone through first payments page, then placed the Hellmans code in box, then try to proceed but keep getting the following message:

"This order does not meet the eligibility requirements for this offer. Please refer to the details in your promotional offer for further information".

Does the Hellmans book need to be added to basket first? If yes, I can't find it when I do a search...where am I going wrong?
