It did that to me with a few different names, but I finally found one that works.

Also I was typing my surname into the username section at first DOH!

I got this survey as well this morning, half way through the survey some tecnically falt happened and told me to report it. After that it wont let me do the survey again I would have liked a free keg....

I got this same trial and did a survey and it said mine 5ltr keg will be delivered this week and you have to sign for it and show proof of age.

The same thing happened to me - it took me half an hour to do the survey and on the last final questions it said there was technical fault - was not pleased :mad: . I live in Caerphilly too, wonder if that's got anything to do with it?! :rolleyes:
