The reason FF doesn't trust it is that the security cert doesn't match the site and is out of date, which is usually a giveaway for a fake site impersonating a real one...probably to gather info. AV can't detect this kind of thing, it detects what runs or tries to run on your own machine not remote webservers. £100 quid of stuff that I probably won't win isn't worth it for me.
