HP Car Agreement

I Have an agreement with Lombard. We took it out due to our business requiring this type of vehicle. We were under the impression it was a 3 year agreement and then we could give the car back with no penalties. We have now found out that it is a 5 year agreement with a balloon payment at the end meaning we have paid nearly £40k for this.
I have asked for a copy of the agreement and I received 2 copies which differ. One gives the cash price of the vehicle, one does not, one is signed and the other is not. The name on one differs to the name on the other.
I have asked Lombard to provide pre contract information that they would have received from the dealer outlining what we had agreed they say they have nothing and the dealer cannot find any details of the vehicle on their system.
Is there a way we can get out of this agreement.
