Rebates from suppliers in vouchers

can you tell me if my company got a suppliers rebate (which could be as much as £18k per quarter) in shop vouchers could this be classed as a taxable benefit to anyone receiving them?

we are only getting the rebate on money that is already spent.

Do you want to explain that a bit?
Why doesn’t the company use these vouchers to reduce the costs of future business purchases?

I think my boss is wanting it for themselves, but would this then be a taxable benefit?:o
