Rebates from suppliers in vouchers

can you tell me if my company got a suppliers rebate (which could be as much as £18k per quarter) in shop vouchers could this be classed as a taxable benefit to anyone receiving them?
we are only getting the rebate on money that is already spent.

Why doesn’t the company use these vouchers to reduce the costs of future business purchases?0 -
I think my boss is wanting it for themselves, but would this then be a taxable benefit?:o0
