Santander loans

Ive had an ongoing loan with Cahoot which then became Santander - no problems with the direct debit at all until this month, They took out money on 31st Jan, 2nd Mar and today - So Ive had two payments taken from one lot of wages and dont get paid until tomorrow!! Its annoying and has taken me over my overdraft limit but Im keeping fingers crossed that as wages are due in at midnight I might forgo some charges - anyway I cant find a method to their direct debit payments ie is it 4 weekly, monthly, there just is no way of knowing when the next payment is due. Does anyone know how often the payments are due or how I can find out?
Thanks

I always had a set date for mine. 5th of the month, but it would come out later if the 5th was on a weekend.

Be prepared that they are worse than useless though.
