JSA and looking for perm work only question

I was made redundant before Christmas and have been taking anti depressants for a year now. At my initial and 13 week interview I agreed I would look for both temp and perm full and part time positions, but my dr has suggested I concentrate on finding something part time and perm (16 - 30 hours) as the rejection after each temp assignment and the stress from working full time (37 - 40 hours) would not be conducive to my recovery and is prepared to write a 'to whom it may concern' letter to that effect.
Does anyone know if this would be acceptable to JSA?

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
