C.TAX liability order from august 2008?

Had a letter today from a company called rundle and co saying they are coming to remove goods. Im 99% sure the bill was paid via cheque over a year but im getting my bank to look into it.

Now with the liability order being over a year or so old can it still be enforced.

Pleased to hear it's all been sorted. The answer to your question is yes the liability order can still be enforced.

For future reference , and to expand on Lincroft1710, the issuing of a court summons is limited to within 6 years of the amount becoming due but the liability order is enforceable for as long as their is a balance attributed to it.
