Mortgage advice please .

Thanks for taking the time to read my post, hopefully you can help point me into the right direction,and more answers.
We are thinking of the best way to help our DD & partner onto the property ladder. Heres the situation DD(22) working in a safe job wage 18kish & part time £5k. partner(25) newly(1st year) self employed in building work .Has worked for the same company for 6 years.Wage 18kish. Currently both at partners mums who is soon to move out to look after a family member leaving them to carry on renting if they want (£595 pcm)3 bed. Savings about £5k between them.We are mortgage free with a decent amount of savings mid 40s with a small income atm (less than 14k between us)They are looking for less than 100k house(but lets say 100k) . We could remortgage our house and pay the full 100k then they pay the payments.We could pay for the house with savings and thay pay us back at a arranged figure to suit us all.Give them a loan of a quarter (25k) for them to repay at a plan to suit us all, DD is with child(due autumn) and plans to return after but with this and partners newly self employed status mortgage companys will not look at them well. IMO. They both have good credit ratings . Please any advice and information to help us get the best possible deals from a difficult situation. Thanks in advance.

Why on earth would you put your own security at risk by re-mortgaging your own home to give the cash to your daughter and current partner? Don't do it!
What happens if they split up a few years down the line and either one stops paying you back?
If you really want to help your daughter, perhaps you could make her a gift of some money toward a depost, but ensure that she gets an agreement drawn up as part of the house buying process which states how much each partner has contributed to the deposit so that, if the time comes to sell (due to break up or any other circumstance), her interest is protected (as is his).
He may need 3 years certified accounts to get a mortgage (I'm self-employed myself so have a bit of experience re mortgages and self-employment), so that gives them plenty of time to save up themselves.0
