Hi
A quick question please, are equity release mortgages subject to the normal 14 day cooling off period of other mortgages?

Not that I know of. From the initial sale, it would be a few weeks before the applicant saw the solicitor dealing with it, which gives it a kind of unofficial cooling off period ie could be 6-8 weeks from application0
