There is no one best option. There are best options depending on xyz...
Its a case of costing it out over the defined period and taking into account the future trend of interest rates (which is upwards). The costing should also take into account all fees. No point getting 0.25% less over 5 years if the amount saved over 5 years is eaten up with upfront charges.
What options have you found so far? Have you seen a whole of market mortgage adviser and what have they researched and come up with?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Based on the details on your other thread, you will have the pick of the market.
What is "best" for you will depend on what you want back from the mortgage i.e offset or flexible or daily interest or portability etc
Have a word with a whole of market adviser and ask them for some help.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
