If I'm not mistaken, Threshers are part of a chain with Wine Rack and Bottoms up. They run a permanent 3 for 2 deal which can throw up some decent bargains but they tend to mark everything up at the highest possible price to allow the 3 for 2. From time to time they do a 40% off everything promotion. Sounds like they're doing one shortly. There are definitely some bargains to be had but it's not that unusual for this to happen.0

40% is (just) better than 3 for 2.
And this is across their stock.
But it does show how high their profit margin is.0
