2011/12 Tax Codes

The 2011/12 code for my company pension has been reduced and a new code has been issued for use against my employment with the company. Only problem is .... that I left the company 3 years ago. I thought that this was last year's HMRC problem? Am I alone, or am I the tip of another "tax code" iceberg?

Yes, of course, and it's the code for that source of income, which has been reduced, in order to create a new "second" code, issued for an employment which ceased 3 years ago!
