Joint owner has stopped paying mortgage

HI, I hope someone can help or advice, I bought a house with a 100%+ mortgage with my sisters boyfriend 4 1/2 years, he received 10k from the money left over from the purchase of the house to pay of some of his debts as did I, they split ago nearly two years and he moved out and stopped all payments. I continued to pay the mortgage on my own as I did not want the house to be repossessed, I have not received any payments towards the mortgage or had any contact from him, since he moved out in June 2009, the property is in negative equity by about 15k but I am willing to take on the debt if he is removed from the deeds, the mortgage fixed term ends in six months and then it will go to a variable rate, I don't think if I could keep up with payments if the interest rates go up to much, my dad has said he will lend me the money to bring it into equity and allow me to get a new mortgage offer but not while my sisters boyfriend is on the deeds, as he could take half the money when I sell, I do not have his new address and he will not give it to me, I have left phone messages as well as texts but he does not answer.
What are my options? is there a possibility I could take him to court for his unpaid share? or maybe force his hand in removing him from the deeds? he is really being as difficult as he could.
Any adivce would be greatly received as this is causing me sleepless nights!

You are both jointly liable for the debt. The lender will only show an interest when payments are missed, who pays them is not really their concern , they just want their money and will happily chase either of you in the event of a default.ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)
NOV 2021 O/S AMOUNT £1,694.41 OUR DEBT REDUCED BY £104,759.59 by std regular, over-payments & off-setting.
BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 20270
