Can an attachment of earnings be lifted by the creditor

Hello...
Can a creditor lift an attachment to earnings order that a court has put in place. i.e. if I come to an agreement directly with the creditor can they ask the court to not take this action.

Yes. If a creditor wants to adjourn or withdraw an Attachment of Earnings Application they can do so at any time by sending a letter to the relevant court. xxPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
