Private & Commercial Finance Car Recovery Service
Hi
Can anyone give me some advice. I have a car loan with Private & Commercial Finance and have missed 3 months payments as i am struggling with my finance at the moment. I have just has a call from my mum to say The recovery people have called to collect the car from her property (even though i haven't had any notification from P&C about this.) and i also dont live there anyone (and i have told P&C my new address) None-one in my family was aware before today how much i am struggling. I have now had a call from my partner and they have attended my new address as well. I have contacted P&C and arranged to pay the full amount after a family memeber has agreed to loan me the outstanding balance but i am a bit worried about this recovery firm and where i stand with them. I am also worried that they might come to my work which would be very embarrassing, what do i do if they see me and want my car do i ahve to give it to them even though i ahve agrred to pay the full amount the the end of this week?
