Hubby Having Problems With PayPlan??

My hubby is in a DMP with Payplan and made his first payment in September, so he has made payments now for 3 months.
One of his creditors that PayPlan are supposed to be dealing ith, HSBC Credit Card has now written to him, via Solicitors saying the payments have not been maintained, they were made in September but not October or November and they are now threatening court action against him.
He contacted Payplan on Friday and they assured him the payments had been made to them and his other creditors but when he investigated further, Payplan have not passed on monies to the other 2 creditors either.
He hasn't had any of the internet banking 'Justabank' information from Payplan despite requesting it and the case worker assigned to his cse very rarely seems to be in the office.
Luckily I was able to give the creditors a token £10 payment each to avoid it going further but I find this very odd that Payplan have taken the money via standing order yet it has only been passed on once.
Have any of the DFW's in DMP's with Payplan experienced anything similar?

In my experience it is usually Payplan who are telling the truth, rather than the creditors. In the early stages, creditors very rarely seem to know that payments have been made - either a case of right hand not knowing what left hand is doing, or they are telling porkies. It works from their point of view - you have paid an extra payment! Keep patient - the Justabank takes a while to come through and then you can see the payments that are made. I have been with Payplan for over a year and only once did a payment get left off. And yet creditors nagged me unmercifully at the beginning claiming that Payplan hadn't contacted them, hadn't paid them etc. They then try and con extra payments out of you - apart from the fact that you shouldn't make these since you are already making payments, you shouldn't because it is favouring one creditor over another and the others could therefore refuse to accept your plan.0

He only has 3 credtors and all 3 had said they'd receved no payment since September and that seems a bit odd, one months payment we could understand but 2 strikes me as very odd.
All his creditors are HSBC . They did want in excess of £100 each but we just said this was all we could afford plus when we spoke to Payplan they sad to carry on making token payments anyway??
Hopefully Monday can bring a bit more sense.£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450 -
I would suggest it is the creditors playing games and employing scare tactics. I have had some payment problems with Payplan but that is due to their change in the computer system which some of the payment were slightly (days) late. It may be worth checking the details that Payplan have are correct. You should be able to get your Justabank logon over the phone - I did.
