he closing date for entries is midnight 15h April 2011. The winners' name will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be notified by e-mail on or before 15th May 2011.
This promotion is open to all UK residents who are 16 or over, excluding employees, agents, affiliates, officers or directors of ODEON, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
Entry to the prize draw is automatic if you complete the survey between 17th March 2011 and 15th April 2011 inclusive..
The prize will consist of all of the following: 1 x iPod Touch 8GB
The prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute this prize with a reasonable alternative of an equal value. The prizewinner agrees that no liability shall be attached to ODEON or parties connected to ODEON as a result.
The promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible including proof of age.
The prizewinner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that you have read and understood these rules and will be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that the promoter cannot contact the winner by 15th May 2011, ODEON reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original winner.

The Promoter undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; electronic, hardware, or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; or prize deliveries attempted but not received.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
