Children's Passports Missing

So the passports never left the house, they just weren't in the same place? He didn't go to her home and take the passports, not quite as dramatic as was first implied.
Sounds like they need a court order to say neither of them can take the children out of the country as they both think the other is a flight risk.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

No He says he has given them to his solicitor to hold. Not sure about the birth certificates though - that is if they are also with the solicitor.0
