I'd be careful of the Britannia group. One of their hotels put £120 of charges (that I'd already pre-paid) onto my card three days after my wedding reception and then refused to refund. I contacted the Britannia group directly and they never replied to me, had to go through the bank and they contested it claiming my husband had authorised the charge in person. I know he didn't because he was on our honeymoon with me at the time but I never got the money back and I'm outside the UK so couldn't do small-claims.
They also refused to refund the £10 deposit for borrowing an iron my BIL gave them, the receptionist said he couldn't get to the cash drawer and when BIL went down later said he had no memory of having seen him.
