Off topic I know, but please can someone tell me what NCH stands for?

I have always just read it to mean that it will scan through the tills at Tesco etc but curiosity has finally got the better of me as to what the acronym stands for.

I should know this - shouldn't I !! it is I think National Clearing House where all vouchers are sent by the companies to be reimbursed. Sure someone will correct me if thats not right.

Slightly off topic, but what does NCH stand for? Im guessing.. National Coupon Handling?. Also, is where s/markets send em back to claim the money back for them?.

I found their website and it does not tell you what NCH stands for. Apparently they have changeed their name to Valassis.

Another one in the NoTW - £1.80 moc for Loaded magazine on page 60 (bottom left). This one's a definite NCH (thanks for the other replies btw to my earlier question) since the coupon refers to the wholesaler sending off the vouchers to NCH.

It says it's valid for the December issue (on sale 2/11/6) with no specific expiry date (except that the retailer has to do their bit by 7/3/7).

Just to warn you - this doesn't appear to be in the Scottish NoTW...

But £1.34 back off 85p spend and a read of the news is not bad still :)
