CD in D&G can be really expensive best advice is to contact SPC in Kings Street CD they were really helpful also most sellers around the area MIGHT be willing to except offers 10-15% less than the asking pricesome proterties have been on for years and aren't selling well (possible negociation). Other estate agents to try are realtor, GG&B, Hewits,cumberland and Austins.
Avoid Kippford, Rockcliffe areas in D&G unless you have deep pockets.:kisses3: Married 29th September 2012
