Food Survery - College Project

Hi,
As some of you may be aware from a previous thread I made, I'm doing a project for college, and for this I need to research the affects of the current economy on household grocery shopping. I've trawled the internet and found a few sources and I was wondering how this matches up with real world data.
I've put together a short survey and hoped some (lots
) of you might post your results on here.
Here's a list of questions I'm interested in. Most/all of them would just need to be one word answers. If you prefer not to answer a question, just put "PNTS".
1: Are you interested in getting a healthy, nutritional diet?
2: Are you responsible for grocery shopping in your household?
3: What is your weekly limit for grocery shopping?
4: Do you consider your household to be low, middle or high income?
5: Do you (or members of your family) have an active lifestlye?
The more responses I get, the more my teacher will be happy. And therefore maybe my grade
:D
And thanks for responding!!!!
