I'm looking for a remortgage for my flat which is let for £820 pcm. I'm currently living with my mum, no job. The flat is worth about £160,000. I'm looking for a mortgage for £44,000. Northern Rock will do a BTL with no employment but they only have fixed and I was looking for a tracker. Are there any other lenders I can look at?
