I currently have a mortgage with Halifax for a interest only mortgage
My current deal runs out in sept 07........My question is Iim now self employed and will this effect my chances of remortgaging to a new deal on interest only??? By the time of the renewl date I would of been self employed for 14 months?? Any Help or advice would greatly be recieved....

See what Halifax offer first.
Then there are a few lenders that could offer a good deal based on 1 years accounts (if you have them) and an accountants projection for the second year
