Its a cracking concoction (sp?). The are several variations but for christmas I make about 12 pints of it. So for 6 pints this is what I use:
2 pints of full fat milk
Double Cream to taste (say 1 carton)
1 litre tub of cornish ice cream
1/3 bottle of rum
1/3 bottle of bacardi (white)
1/3 bottle of Kahlua
Cinamon to taste.
