Have you got the letter to send.
Oh and why not have a chat with with them, invest in truecall and record the calls, might be able to get them in more trouble.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.

I love the sound of winding them up OH loves doing that! I tend to just open the line nad leave thme shouting down it for a while. At least thier number shows up as I cannot ignore withelds at the moment as my dad is ill and it could be the hospital.Sealed Pot Challenge # 1040 - Doing well0
