Debt advice help required....

Options
Hi all,

When I was younger I was a little stupid and naive with money. This ended up with me somewhat paniking and getting an account with Baines and Ernst, I am paying what I can afford to them £115 per month in order to clear my debt however I feel annoyed that they take £30 a month and an extra £75 for one month every year.

So for a year they take £435!!

I have heard rumours that there could be some goverment run versions of B&E where 100% of what you pay goes towards paying your debts. Is this true? If so how can I go about changing and who do I need to call etc.?

Thanks so much in advance.
