No existing customer B/T's with new rules on payment allocation?

Morning all,
Have been lurking for the last week, which has been truly insightful, so thanks very much!
Wanted some opinions on existing customer B/T offers, now that the rules have changed on how payments are allocated to your account.
I have a Barclaycard with a limit of £7100, which has about 1/2 of that in use. Before the changes in law of how payments are allocated to your account, I used to always get B/T offers of 0% for upwards of a year. But now - nothing! have even phoned up to ask, but still nothing!
Any thoughts?

Yes. They're less profitable because they don't shield the higher rate balances any more.0

A few people got caught out, so the rules were changed, so now a lot less people will benefit from this promotion...0

They still bombard me with offers of 0% for 9 months with a 3% fee, at least once a month on my Barclaycard and the same on my Hilton HHonors card. Kind of wipes out the benefit of paperless billing. Never longer than 9 months at 0% though.0
