DMP and credit report help ??

I have a debt management plan with Harrington Brooks and ive been looking to try and pay it off , i have rang them several times for a final balance on my account and they have never sent it. I have just done a credit report online and its looks like I own £1250 left - wohoo!! so i rang harrington up for contact details and the people I own money two and none of them match up with what is on my credit history?? is this right they are all collections agency numbers they have given my but these don't show on my credit report?
Also i moved a year ago and some accounts still showing old add ?
