Lowell - How to pay without phone contact?

I've got just 2 payments left to make with Lowell, this month will just be a token payment and then the balance cleared at the end of April.
I've just changed my bankcard so will need to contact them to make these payments.
Does anyone know if there is a way I can pay without phoning them? Am I able to directly transfer the money through my online banking?
Even after all this time I really really dislike phoning these companies!!
