  • Hi, I'm not really able to give you much advice, as I'm in similar sort of position myself, but just wanted to send you a big ((hug)).

What were the terms of your divorce settlement? I only ask as I have my Decree Nisi, but my solicitor won't let me apply for the Absolute until the financial details have been sorted out into a Court Order. I have been to Financial Mediation over this. Maybe that would help in your situation?

Try not to stress. Easy to say and far harder to do, but I'm sure someone will be along soon to give you some advice.

    "i stopped paying my half"

What about your ex? Has anyone been making any payments towards this loan at all? Just curious.

I don't have any experience with this at all but I suspect that someone is going to have to make payments on this or face the music sooner or later.
