    Very annoyed after getting off the phone with Virgin a moment ago. I called Virgin to find out exactly what the APR was going up to (after the 0% period) and to ask if they could cut the rate. They told me a letter had been sent out in November and that if we had responded by end of January they could have cut the rate. We checked through all the paperwork (as we file everything) and there was no letter and we know we would have acted on it had we have seen such letter.
    I called back to say this and the guy said perhaps it got lost in the post but as the date has past now there is nothing they can do. He suggested we speak to the payment plan people to find an alternative. Surely if we didn't receive the letter, how were we supposed to respond and act by January!!!!!!!
