full and final settlement

Just finished doing 3 full and final settlement letters from the national debtline.
These are to RBS, Barclayvard and Egg.
The NDL says I should send a table showing how I did the calculations, along with each letter.
Question is:
Do I list all 3 creditcard co's on the table?
so the other's can see what I owe, and too whom?
also how much lump sum I have?
Or is it better to just send a letter offering an amount?

If you write all 3 credit companies and what you are offering, all 3 can see that they are being treated fairly and you aren't offering one more than the other (pro-rata).
