hi everyone.

i am paying capital one token payments, i keep geting letters from capquest saying that i have to pay them,they have sent me there bank details after requesting them, so am able to pay them.

My question is do i have to pay capquest as they have not brought the debt or do i carry on paying capital one. (just like to add, been told this is a unenforceable debt)

Just carry on as you are if you are happy unless Cap 1 tell you not to, however if you are sure the account is unenforceable the account can be put in dispute. Completely up to you.
