Hi. Welcome.
It can be a bit quiet here on a Saturday night, so keep checking back.
Have you looked at Martin's main article? --> Debt Problems: What to do & where to get help
At some point it would be a good idea to post a statement of affairs (SOA) so that people can get a better idea of your financial situation and work out suggestions.
Here: Help for First Time Posters & SOA Calculator
Problems with debt are always solvable, no matter how hard it seems. Hundreds upon hundreds of people here have been in similar positions to you and come through it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

You need to tell us the situation too, have you recently become unemployed which has caused you to be in this position? You were meeting the payments before so what has changed?
Nothing is unsolveable (if thats a word), but first things first you've admitted there is a problem and you need help. Lets see if we can help you out at all - the forum members on here are second to none in helping out financially

As fermi says, start off with the SOA and do some reading on the advice pages that MSE provides.
If it is causing you so much anxiety I would seriously suggest getting some help from the CAB and other Debt management charities. They will contact lenders on your behalf.
Trust me, once you have got it out in the open, people will help and the better you will feel.I don't make mistakes! I make prophecies which immediately turn out to be wrong...............0
