Wellingborough: Free Music Session

Wellingborough Music and Arts Centre are holding an open day.
WHEN? Saturday 2nd April 2011
WHERE? Wrenn School, London Rd, Wellingborugh
WHAT TIME? Drop-in any time between 9:15am and 12:20PM
CAN I JOIN IN? Yes!! If you already play an instrument, bring it along!


The centre runs during term time and has groups for all standards from ages 3 to adult!
Everyone is welcome to come along to see what goes on - either watch or join in.

My daughter has been going for several years and it has really helped her develop her musical ability. As well as music, there are arts and drama sessions.

I went there from about 12yrs old till I was 18, playing in the concert band, jazz band etc and really loved it. I'm just a bit sad I missed this as I now have a 3.5yr old who would probably have loved it. I can't afford to send her properly yet, but probably will in around 18months-ish when she starts school properly if she is still enjoying music. Is it still Ruth running it?
